This could literally be my job description — and another reason why “Talent Acquisition Is Broken.” Because …

Recruiting = Talent Acquisition
Recruiting ≠ HR
HR ≠ Talent Acquisition

And yet most companies take a “buy one, get one free” approach to talent acquisition.
